Norman started with Captain Andy’s in 2003 as a mechanic in the Mombasa branch and over the course of the next 7 years attended multiple Yamaha technical courses in Japan, eventually gaining the Train the Trainer qualification. In that time he serviced and repaired engines all over East Africa, gaining a wealth of practical experience unrivalled by anyone else in the region. 

Norman transitioned to the sales team in 2010 and has since applied his technical experience to become the Branch Manager of Mombasa and the Sales Manager for South Sudan
